“Wanted to personally thank Dani for being very helpful and attentive in the firearms section. Went there today to pay off a firearm I had on layaway and she was extremely friendly and professional. It’s because of this level of professionalism and attentiveness why I am always a repeat customer at this C-A-L Ranch in Prescott Valley, AZ.”
“Staff is always very helpful, the store is clean and well stocked and prices are reasonable. If they don't have something then they will order it for you whenever possible. They do good with hat cleaning and shaping when needed as well.”
“I usually shy away from sales people but this place was casual and comfortable like there jeans. Adrian was patient and a great guide. Glad you guys got out of the mall”

“The store is fine I love it. But I bought something that I would like the store to stop selling, came with a sharp spoon 🥄 that cut my superior lip. Here the picture. I paid 12.99 dollars on clearance. Thank you 🙏”
“This is a well maintained and clean store. They usually have a fair amount of women's clearance items which is usually why I shop here. The checkout line can get long as this is the same line you bring your returns and Amazon returns and they don't have enough cashiers to keep the line moving quickly. The reason I gave 4 stars is that the store is a lot smaller than what I was used to down in Phoenix but PV is a lot smaller than Phoenix!”

“Great store but the Prescott one has a better selection of bottoms and shoes, but the top selection hear is way better as well as the hoodies. Great workers too. Kind and welcome everyone who enters.”

“To the two amazing girls who closed on Saturday night, 5/24/25 – thank you!
You both truly made my experience unforgettable. My husband and I were so grateful for your warm, welcoming energy. Even though it was closing time, you never made us feel rushed. You were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond — especially when you took the time to neatly fold my shirts. That extra touch meant so much and made everything feel just perfect.
This has officially become my new favorite store, and I can’t wait to come back with my daughters next time. Thank you again for such an exceptional experience!”
