I really have a problem with someone being rude or behaving as if you are bothering them when you simply ask them to perform a task that is part of their job. I called and spoke to Amanda in the pharmacy. I just wanted to find out what was going on with my prescriptions. She acted very put off by this. I was probably on the phone with her 2 minutes. I guess that's asking too much in today's world. No one has time. Excellent customer service used to be a goal. Now they know you need them and behave as if it doesn't matter how they treat you or how long they take, you WILL be back. It's horrible when you already don't feel well, and then you are treated in a negative way by your pharmacist. I really wish this location would work on that. There are a few people that work the counter who seem to enjoy their job. Always a smile, and they quickly try to get through the line of customers. I have witnessed the pharmacist being rude to the staff and throwing prescriptions across the room when they are finished filling them. If you dislike your job that much, perhaps it is time to find something else to do. The pharmacy and sick people are not for you. Your negativity affects people.

If you require maintenance medication for a chronic condition save yourself the pain and go somewhere else. This place will make you literally sick. CVS consistently screws up the refill date of my medication . They'll say it's due to be refilled on a certain date, then push the date back several times, then say there's no prescription or that there's two prescriptions for the same thing? My doctor has to call several times every month and cvs still screws it up. The lack of professionalism and disregard for people's health is unfortunate .

I made a whole yelp account while sitting in the parking lot just to warn people not to come here. I don't even know how to express how bad this place is for filling prescriptions. i am type 1 diabetic and every month when I have to go pick up insulin, they are out of stock, even when you work with them and give them time to fill the order. all you are provided with a staff who couldn't give 2 shits and tell you they are to busy to help you. I was told even though I can see them unpacking my shipment behind the lady. that they can't fill my prescription because the pharmacy is too busy. never come here, for your own sake.

Refused to give an rsv vaccine because that kept saying the insurance did not cover it. Medicare not only covers it they recommend getting this vaccine. Kept making reasons why it wasn't covered. These people need to stay updated on insurance information.

My wife and I are really upset that our Aetna Payflex cards did not save us anything on our purchase of so many items in our cart. We tried both cards and know that they are loaded with our account credits. Please let us know why your system is not working!!

My boyfriend went to pick up a prescription for my daughter esmeralda. He waited in line. He spelt her name wrong on accident. The pharmacy technician wanted to be little him over it. And talk to him like he was stupid. And because he voiced his opinion on how she shouldn't be treating ppl like that. She wanted to call the cops. Rudest encounter ever. There was No reason for that lady to downgrade a person like that. I work in a rehab and my clients would never treat me like that and I would never treat them like they are less then me. Get better staff because you guys suck!

RUDEST encounter I've ever had with a cashier. I wish i saw his name. I was trying to complete a doordash and purchase a bottle of grenadine. I go to check out and I barely get out of the aisle and and he asks if I have my I.D. I said I left it in my car and I'll go get it. He RIPPED it out of my hand, starts to raise his voice and says he's not selling it to me. I ask why and he literally would not give me a reason. Just kept repeating and yelling he's not selling it to me. Like talking to a wall. An angry wall. Told me to walk across the street to walgreens, I'm like sir it's a doordash I can't do that. He tells me to leave. So I go get my ID and grab another bottle and go to self checkout. He calls another employee up to the front and she scanned my ID and sold it to me no problem. But that behavior was unacceptable and appalling

I've always had a good experience with CVS. They take care of my needs. Very Friendly. Especially Rodney.I recommend CVS to everyone.
