Cody was awesome. Very polite. Got all four systems up and running. Ran threw how to operate the remote and left documentation behind so when I forget how to use it I can look it up. Helped me log in to MyDish on my iPad and get the app on my iPhone. Very nice experience!

Scheduled an appointment for installation and the tech never showed and never called. Very poor business etiquette. Think I will stay with Sparklight.
