I want to give a shout out to Izzy! I really appreciated her professionalism and candor. My phone stopped working and had get to get a new phone. At first, we thought it was my Sim card, so Izzy helped me with that, but it still didn't work and ordered a new phone from an insurance claim. It wouldn't activate so had to come back in the store and it was very difficult and a long process talking to customer service over the phone, but we got it done together! Izzy demonstrated patience and persistence and understood my frustration with the whole process. I was really impressed and relieved when we got my phone working again. Izzy was also able to get the activation fee waived as I was promised it wouldn't cost anything to activate through insurance and Metro did indeed bill me! Thank you, Izzy for everything! I will stay a customer with Metro because of caring people like you helping me when in need!

IZZY Is amazing! I’ve been using you guys for many many years now and I’ve gone into the Prescott Valley location several times. She has been the absolute most helpful. She is kind, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I run a small business and my phone is my lifeline to my business. Thank you so much for your help Izzy.

Metro PC in Prescott Valley now has a real customer service personnel and excellent at that. Lucy helped us get our new phones switched over and we still got our same fantastic price. She has good 'ol customer service attitude with a quick, youthful, attention to detail mind. A real turn around at this store.

Izzy was such a a big help with assisting me with my cell phone and pasiants while on the phone with a representative from T-Mobile. She was an excellent Metro by T-mobile Assistant 😁

I was greeted by a sales rep named Izzy. She was very pleasant to do business with and did a fantastic job with moving my Metro service to T-Mobile. I recommend she get a raise for the professional job and courteous attitude and definitely the patients she had during some of the difficulty with the T-Mobile agent. Awesome job Izzy;

I love Lucy so much and I’m not talking about the show the Metro pcs in Prescott AZ She was terrific she got me set up and Made sure my every cellular needs were met and honestly never knew customer service could be so great I will definitely come back u guys should pay her more honestly thank you Lucy!!!

I want to say Lucy was awesome. She helped me get my moms phone working properly. She has hardly any apps and the storage was full and she did a magnificent job. Her customer service and the knowledge she has with phones was incredible. I definitely will return to her if any other problems occur

Lucy in Prescott Valley store is ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN the best person I have ever had the experience of getting my phone and tablet set up with! She went out of her way to stay communicative with me whether she was on the clock or not, in store or on a day off. She strived and highly succeeded with the best customer service I have had in a long time! I still owe her lunch!
