It's good store but people don't understand you cannot just buy a phone you have to purchase a plan with tmobile then get phone after you pick a plan they don't sell phones there it comes with plan only site needs to.be updated to Inform customers about that

I was greeted by a sales rep named Izzy. She was very pleasant to do business with and did a fantastic job with moving my Metro service to T-Mobile.
