Came in to the store to get a new phone and I had a great experience clerk was very respectful and great costumer service he also helped me switch all my information to my new phone I will definitely be coming back and recommending people thank you to the young gentleman at metro PCs in Prescott valley best costumer service I've had at this store ever!!! I suggest management check the surveillance cameras for Jan 4th and 5th 2023 starting at 10:15 am.The employee attempted to steal money from me.He told me the credit card machine was not working so I would have to pay cash,so he told me where the nearest ATM was.I handed him $150 cash and he gave me back 3 dollars change,for a $90 phone plus tax and activation fees.I asked why it was so much and why the receipt only shows $127,he said that's the activation fee and it does'nt show up on the receipt.He told me to call customer service,which I did and they wanted me to put him on the phone.He then tried to make up stories about charging $ 10 for a sim card,which I said where is it on the receipt?I The receipt clearly shows he rang it up at 127 and no change was given.Check the camera please.I am about to file a police report.He could'nt explain itto custermer service so he slammed my phone on the counter and I said I will just call the police.That is when he opened the cash register and gave me the $20 back and used profanity in front of my 5yr daughter and 2 other customers.He then followed me out to my car and apoligized and tried to tell me he was and he was'nt trying to steal and since I got my money back could we just forget about the incident.He was obviously was on drugs.His speesh was slurred and he kept nodding out.He even ran into the back room and I could hear him vomiting and the toilet flushing.I mentioned him being on drugs and he said he was only on weed.He was either on Heroin or Fentanyl.I will not be going to this store again until he is no longer there.He would not give me his managers #.I actually filed a police report on the employee for trying to steal from me.

The man that works in here is extremely unprofessional. Came in last night to look at phone deals, when we came in the store he was on the phone with someone yelling. He then started going on about the bank, hung up, and called his girlfriend. About 3 more people had come in and were waiting, he said he had to hang up and help customers. When we approached and asked about deals, he proceeded to tell us he had none and to come back next week. There were 2 more people behind us, and by the time we walked out, he was already closing and locking up the store, lights on and all. Very unprofessional.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I will be changing phone providers immediately. The guy whos always in there will take your money. I went in one time and he tried to tell me theyre charging double that day. I said no and the next time i went in to pay for my phone he decided to not give me my change back. Theres usually another guy just sitting in there which just makes it all uncomfortable. I will not be going there again and i suggest others to do the same.

Went here Oct 2 at 5:30. Waited in line hour and a half. The Spanish speaking guy was only nice if you are Mexican. He's very racist and he bumped us 5 times for all the Latinos in the store, we are white and were next in line. So I left and will not be going with this company. He was rude and disrespectful to my boyfriend. Jackass.

I want to give this establishment the very best rating I could possibly give. In my 64 years I have never ever witnessed a person working for a cell phone company that took the time with me that these people took. In spite of it taking two hours, his relentless determination was successful and made me a very happy customer. Cesar Escobar is an outstanding credit to MetroPCS. There's only My Hope that they will promote him and keep this person because he is the only reason why I would ever do business with any company that he works for.

absolutely the worst experience in any store I've ever had... traveled from camp Verde because Prescott was the closest store.. 11: 40 the store was closed the lights were off I thought they moved locations I was sitting in front of the store in my car trying to find a different location and someone walked up with keys in her hand asked if she worked 6 times and she ignored me each time.. three other people walked up to the store looked inside tried to open the door and she ignored all of them eventually she opened the door I waited and went in and she screamed at me that the store wasn't open at this time it was already 12:20.. she had her coffee in her hand , I went because I lost my phone and I needed another one she locked my account I was waiting around for well over an hour and then she said I had to go to Phoenix and they would give me credit for the drive.. I then had to drive all the way to Phoenix and I got no store credit however the girl who helped me in Phoenix was able to get me a new phone and get it activated within 15 minutes.they were not only rude to me in Prescott they were rude to absolutely every single person that came in.. I honestly think she locked my account and had me go to Phoenix because I told her not to yell at me worst experience ever..

This place has such horrible customer service. Nobody ever wants to do their job. I tried to upgrade my phone and the lady wouldn't help me so then I went in for a transfer pin, after customer service told me to go back, to get rid of this horrible company from my life since my phone broke and i couldn't get any help. Customer service told me to go in and the lady in the store says no you have to dial 611 from your phone... after I told her my phone was broken then she walkedaway and went to the back.

I give this place a five-star rating because they tried to help me with a problem they didn't have to do, as well as help me out more than the place I got my phone from! Definitely sticking with these guys
