Customers generally have positive experiences with the friendly and helpful staff, though there have been occasional instances of staff being distracted or forgetful. Overall, USPS is praised for its reliable and affordable service.
I moved to the area almost a year ago. I have nothing but good to say about the service I've received when I go into the post office, or talking to the people who deliver at our mailboxes. All have been friendly and helpful.

The staff at this location are always helpful and usually on top of things. This particular visit was off brand when they forgot I was there and gathered in the back to have a nice chat with each other. At least they were embarrassed when they realized I was there waiting.
