“We recently celebrated my kid's birthday at In The Game and had a wonderful experience! Our party host, Awa, was incredibly kind, fun, and helpful throughout the entire event. She welcomed us warmly, explained everything clearly, and was always there whenever we needed help.
The party room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Awa also let us know that if we forgot things like candles or a lighter, they could provide them for free, which was such a thoughtful touch. One thing I really appreciated was that we did not have to clean anything after the party because the staff took care of everything.
The whole team was friendly, organized, and supportive. We chose the Legendary Birthday Package, which also included all day access to the maze and mini golf, and all the kids had an amazing time.
Thank you to Awa and the entire team for making this day so special for our family. We truly enjoyed celebrating there and highly recommend it!”
