“I just want to update you and thank you regarding our concert on Friday night at the Federal. During our phone conference a couple of weeks ago, you told me you hoped this would be a wonderful experience for our annual concert. I want you to know that you provided us with a most wonderful experience and then some.

From the very beginning, when I first met with you and we toured the facility together, I found that the Federal had so much to offer, and I enjoyed working with you. I appreciate your input along the way and enjoyed working together with you on this project. Our follow up emails and contacts went so smoothly; I knew I was in good hands with you. I appreciate that you set up a final walkthrough with Cara for me on Wednesday, as it gave my out-of-town staff the opportunity to visualize the various areas that they would be coordinating. It was so helpful.

My team was extremely impressed with Dylan. Our Director of Operations who oversees our concert and coordinated a meeting with Dillon that included three of our performers who assist with logistics. Dylan came into the meeting with no idea on what a flute concert involved. They all spoke the same language. Dylann offered many great ideas and together they developed a plan. Our team was very enthusiastic about that first meeting. When our team arrived on Friday afternoon, they were shocked to find that Dylan had everything already set up perfectly. They said it was the easiest sound check they had ever had, which left them plenty of time to relax and prepare for their performances. At our final staff meeting on Saturday morning, they told me that Dylan was a true professional and one of the best they had ever worked with in the business. Considering some of them have toured with Rod Stewart, Barry Manilow, and Yanni, that's very high praise. The entire team said that the green room (Judges Chambers) was one of the nicest setups they have had the privilege of using. They considered it a first-class venue. All of this was quite apparent in their performance this year. They are all world class, award winning performing artists whom I've had the pleasure to work with for the past four years, and this was the best I've ever seen them perform.

When I walked in on Friday afternoon, all the tables were in their place, the room was set, and there was nothing left to do but our set up. Thank you so much for your suggestions on room layout. It was perfect and so much easier to move attendees in and out than I had experienced while attending a candlelight performance in December. Our early staff found Ashley very helpful; I met her shortly before she left for the day and appreciate her updates before Jesse took over. Jesse seemed to be everywhere all at once and anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. What a pleasure he was to work with.

I've worked with numerous venues across Arizona and the Phoenix metro areas, from small venues to five-star resorts over the years and there are always at least small glitches which can be expected. You and your team have really put together a professional, product with the Federal from start to finish. This is the first time I can ever say working with a venue and its team was absolute perfection. On behalf of myself and our entire team, we want to thank you, Dayna, Cara, Dylan, Ashley and Jesse for all of your help and support. It was very much appreciated. Dayna, please express our gratitude to your entire team. It was such a pleasure working with all of you.

The welcoming attitude and attention we good to experience. The rooms are excellent and the breakfast was satisfying. When we requested or needed something from the staff, they handled it in a timely manner.”

I was there for a private event but there was an exercise class, and meals on wheels happening in other parts of the large building. It appears to be quite the center of the community. Everyone was friendly and there was a manned Information Desk- very helpful”

“The Prescott Wedding Chapel was a beautiful, historic venue for our wedding in June 2025. The architecture and 19th century features are incredible and we appreciated being able to have our wedding there as an homage to our heritage and the Old West. I would recommend working in tandem with Starstruck Event Planning for a seamless experience with the venue. We appreciated working with Katie on the event and couldn't imagine it any other place!”

“The course is in good shape, but the staff is in the best shape. Logan the AGM stayed 15 minutes after close to let us buy merchandise and then showed up 40 minutes after close again because we forgot a phone in a cart. Logan was absolute gentleman. 5 out of 5, Will golf again.”

“We got the Premium King room and we really enjoyed the spaciousness. Checking in was super simple, friendly staff. We did have to park out back but it was a busy weekend. We stayed one night and had everything we needed and more. Clean roomy shower, comfy bed, and the view was nice from the balcony. Definitely would recommend to friends and stay again.”
