Wow. My phone broke and I went to another store. I was told at that store that this was an insurance claim.
When I arrived at this store, which I was told to do by the phone insurance company, a short stature, curley haired young lady felt the need to talk down to me while I was explaining to her what was told to me at other store. Very demeaning as she told me THIS IS A WARRANTY ISSUE, NOT INSURANCE.I will be emailing the corporate office about this.
I didn't get her name, but I will.
DONT MESS WITH OLD LADIES!

I set up a new account with internet and phone service it is fully working service is great I recommend this particular Verizon location.

Can't talk to a person to ask a simple question with out an appoitment. After 15 years of being a loyal customer, I feel no value of continuing. I can't be the only person experiencing issues with Verizon as a whole. Customer acquisition is costly, you need to focus on your existing customer base. If your not going to be cost driven and least focus on service.

I pay over $80 a line for your service. They won't see you unless you han an appointment. There was 1 customer in the store and they refused to help us. Fawk this store. Pure junk. Verizon, do better because this is absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely don’t go to Jackie or Adam. They don’t seem to have integrity and wont go the extra mile for you. Rachel, Ken, and Josh are the go to’s when you want something done right.

On 1/8/24 I was in the store dealing with an employee by the name of Jaqueline and she had horrendous customer service. She was rude and darn right awful to deal with. We were in there trying to switch our acccount to a business account. In which she stated we had to have five lines in order to have a business account. We only had three. She was gonna then help us and she asked if we were gonna use all the lines for the business. Like she’s the damn irs. We had worked with some in Prescott who was awesome and asked her if she knew him. She said we are unaffiliated and are a corporate office. Those guys don’t know what they are doing. Well that was it we left. I told her she needs to eat lunch because she seemed hangry and that we will gladly take our business else where. Drove to Prescott where they were able to save our business from switching to another company. They also did mention that we were the second person to come in that day and complain about Jaqueline. Sure she could have been having a bad day I can understand that. Then maybe you should have taken the day off. We will never ever return to that store bc of her. Someone should talk to her. I think she needs some time off, food or a vacation

Did what they needed to do thankful and appreciate them for that but asked to use the restroom walked past the managers office and got described as a “weird little guy” by him, appreciate the work they did but not happy about the way they talked about me..

Nilk at the Prescott Valley location was totally awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and a great attitude.

This store is useless - the rep I dealt with, Melia, was very nice, but the coworker she interacted with, I am really sorry I didn't catch his name, was a complete tool. Not only could this Corp store not help me, the couldn't even manage to give me an accurate phone number for Tech Support - after devoting 4 hours over the last week trying to fix a problem, I'm pretty sure the next step is getting a different carrier.

Good location. This is a actual Verizon store, so they have a lot of products in stock. I only waited about 25 minutes, but the associate was quick and efficient.

IMO the best Verizon store in town. Tony was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He helped us both choose two phones and a great plan. Ported our old numbers, phone contents and settings. WAY better than trying to do this ourselves online!
