“The guys at the counter are very helpful and friendly whether you are a Contractor or not. Their job is not to answer any of your electrical questions but to sell you the material you need to do the job. If they don't have a certain item in stock they can usually special order it for you. They do specialize in Wholesale Only but they can sell to the public just make sure you know exactly what you want or they cannot help. Grateful Customer”

“I lived in Prescott for about 6 months and Costco gave me a bit of familiarity for the time being. This Costco is not nearly as crowded as my home Costcos in LA County. I have gotten great deals on clothing here too (when they are on clearance), such as shorts for $2-3, pants for $5, button down shirts for $3... This is something that I rarely ever see in LA County. Costco provided me with access to fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as other products that I'm familiar with. My only complaint is that this Costco does not carry lactose-free milk (and neither do the ones in Phoenix) and I'm not really sure why. The employees are pretty nice and efficient here. They tend to do small talk more than the employees in LA, but I think that's more of a Prescott thing than anything else! :)”
“Hard to work without help. I'm disabled.. no worker helped me but a nice woman behind me saw I was having trouble with the pump ! Get someone to help the disabled.”

“Jeff, who was working self checkout area on 03/01 around 4:30pm was so helpful. He was polite, approachable and helped guide people to the right open checkout counter. A couple in front of my husband and I was extremely rude and berating while yelling at Jeff for doing his job! He did not over step in anyway and the way this couple was so aggressive for no reason, I almost flipped out on them. He handled it completely professionally. He deserves a raise. Management please read this and let him know he is a good employee! God Bless.”
