The rear driver side corner of the cab of my 2024 ford F350 was crushed by my 5th wheel trailer when I jack knife it. It was very bad shape. The repair shop did a great job!

Carstar service was the best experience one can have at a body repair shop. They called me within the hour of me notifying my insurance company. All staff were courteous and professional. The rental car company picked me up within 20 minutes of me dropping off my car. They kept me informed every other day. When my car was ready, I was able to leave the rental car right at Carstar, and they coordinated the return of the rental. I had very little down time away from work. I recommend this company to everyone!

The quality of the work was great, although an issue with my windshield washer fluid was mentioned, and they said the took care of it, which was not true. The issue was unresolved when I picked up the vehicle. That being said, the repair work was great, but I'm not sure why the secretary would say another issue was taken care of when it was in fact not.

Incredible service! The staff there are extremely helpful and made my experience easy and worry free. They frequently updated me on the progress so I could make arrangements. When I got my car back I was extremely satisfied. The work was done beautifully and my car was washed and vacuumed. I highly recommend!
