“I recently had the pleasure of meeting Nan Haga and her heart of gold!!! I need to talk about true generosity for the pure joy of helping someone else! She truly went above and beyond. I was a stranger who walked into her appliance shop. Let’s say I’ve had “a series of unfortunate events” recently. This included a recent bad purchase of a used appliance elsewhere. Nan not only donated a wonderful used washer to my family but also had it delivered the very next morning to my house completely out of the kindness of her heart! “Once I actually managed to get help, it went smoothly. I needed to buy a cell phone, but there were no salespeople there. Then, when I tracked one down, she tried to sign me up for their credit card. When I said no, she calles for somebody to actually get me the phone, which he did after he tried to convince me to get the credit card.”
