“I recently had the pleasure of meeting Nan Haga and her heart of gold!!! I need to talk about true generosity for the pure joy of helping someone else! She truly went above and beyond. I was a stranger who walked into her appliance shop. Let’s say I’ve had “a series of unfortunate events” recently. This included a recent bad purchase of a used appliance elsewhere. Nan not only donated a wonderful used washer to my family but also had it delivered the very next morning to my house completely out of the kindness of her heart! They were able to get my delivery out the same day, which was a huge help. I worked with Jennifer, the sales rep, and her manager Leaera—both were incredibly nice, personable, and made me feel genuinely important as a customer. Their customer service really stood out. I’ve rented from other locations over the years and always seem to be stuck with someone that hates their job and usually it’s a miserable experience. This was the first time that I rented a truck where the transaction went smoothly and quickly! If only employee was as personable, nice, and efficient as Jerry. “Dwayne, in the Home Depot (on Hwy 69, Prescott, AZ) plumbing department, saved the day! I had a drippy shower spout and let Dwayne know what I needed. He said "that's a Delta product and Home Depot doesn't carry Delta, but..." Dwayne reached down and grabbed an item from the bottom shelf and announced that Home Depot had received this (Delta) product in error, and it wasn't worth returning to the supplier. It was exactly what I needed! He also told me the drip was due to a faulty cartridge. Who knew that showers even had cartridges? He pulled the exact cartridge that I needed, amongst a variety and showed me the difference between them. He then opened another box. He showed the complete cartridge assembly, and what I would need to do to swap it out. What started out being an intimidating repair, following Dwayne's show-and-tell, was completed correctly and quickly. I was SO grateful I dropped off a thank you card, which I hope was shared with HD management, along with a gift card for coffee. Dwayne is my "go to" guy and he really knows his stuff.”

“I am a corporate sales and marketing trainer and have been for over 40 years now. I have to say the service that I received from Jerry in the Penske Truck Rental Department was over-the-top excellent. I had to move my reservation dates, which he took care of at lightning speed and then, after everything he did to make that happen, I ended up needing a larger truck which he also handled in about 5 or 10 minutes. Once on the road, another gentleman named chris, called me from Penske rental informing me that I was getting a $150 sales tax refund on the larger truck. I've rented a lot of cars and trucks over these many decades and have never had this great of an experienced before. Hats off to Home Depot in Prescott and in particular Penske Truck Rental. Many thanks, and my family will be renting from you again very soon!”
