“Kudos to Nan and her staff.We wanted to buy an American refrigerator,so we bought a Jenn-Air.The delivery guys were great,but the unit never worked.Nan sprung into action and sent a loaner while we waited for a replacement. LG has no service in this country,but Maytag(owned by Whirlpool) can be trusted.Thank you,Nan and your great helpers!”

“Let me just start off by saying Bob is wonderful.We are long term customers with a very good credit standing. There have been some problems with their system. We keep getting calls saying we are behind but we are not and we provide receipts. They are always very apologetic.There is a new GM who was rude and condescending to us. She called us saying she is the new GM and that we are late paying. We were very nice and explained we are not late, never are, and that this happens a lot. We have automatic deposit every pay day and there is always plenty of money in the account.She said, "Why don't you tell me what's going on?"I felt like saying , "no you tell me what's gong on since this always happens ." But again nicely I explained the same thing I just told her.She said, "how come there are no notes? I told her I would not know why there are no notes.I am a manager for a large store in the VOC. So I have the same job as her, and I will tell you that you can not talk to people like the way she talked to us when you are running a business, especially when the customer has done nothing wrong.I understand not everyone is friendly or has the skills to be.There are free leadership courses online on how to talk to people when you are in leadership. Nonmatter how good you are at certain things, if you are not good with people you will not make it as a GM.It doesn't feel good to come home after a long work day and get a call at 8pm and have somebody rude on the other end from a company you love. Again, We love Bob though!”

“Dwayne, in the Home Depot (on Hwy 69, Prescott, AZ) plumbing department, saved the day! I had a drippy shower spout and let Dwayne know what I needed. He said "that's a Delta product and Home Depot doesn't carry Delta, but..." Dwayne reached down and grabbed an item from the bottom shelf and announced that Home Depot had received this (Delta) product in error, and it wasn't worth returning to the supplier. It was exactly what I needed! He also told me the drip was due to a faulty cartridge. Who knew that showers even had cartridges? He pulled the exact cartridge that I needed, amongst a variety and showed me the difference between them. He then opened another box. He showed the complete cartridge assembly, and what I would need to do to swap it out. What started out being an intimidating repair, following Dwayne's show-and-tell, was completed correctly and quickly. I was SO grateful I dropped off a thank you card, which I hope was shared with HD management, along with a gift card for coffee. Dwayne is my "go to" guy and he really knows his stuff.”
