I have to say the service that I received from Jerry in the Penske Truck Rental Department was over-the-top excellent. I had to move my reservation dates, which he took care of at lightning speed and then, after everything he did to make that happen, I ended up needing a larger truck which he also handled in about 5 or 10 minutes. Once on the road, another gentleman named chris, called me from Penske rental informing me that I was getting a $150 sales tax refund on the larger truck. I've rented a lot of cars and trucks over these many decades and have never had this great of an experienced before. Hats off to Home Depot in Prescott and in particular Penske Truck Rental.
