“This is by far the best hardware store I've visited! It has items you'll never see at other stores! There is always ample, knowledgeable staff to guide you where you need to be. Each department is fully staffed with more people to help you. Whatever you need, there will be 3 or 4 options to choose from at various price and quality levels. The store is very large but not over whelming. Do yourself a favor and check here first before you go to big boxm. It's such an awesome experience!”

“They've moved!!! 660 6th St. Prescott AZ. 86301. Still a great place but now bigger building so better but same great service. They carry higher end residential and commercial grade products. Much higher quality and competitive prices with the big box stores. And who likes digging around with irrigation issues?? The labor is the hard and expensive part thus paying a little more for a high quality product is in my opinion solid advice. They also have great expert advice by all of their employees. I rely on the products heavily since I spend part time here at our home in Prescott the balance in Hawaii. All of the old parts from big box stores have failed in one to two years but since I've replaced them. Well going on three to five years!!! They also carry great tan colored grated that match DG thus improve the looks and do not fade like the green color.”

“Went in and walked around about 30 minutes looking for a phone case. Website said in stock, clerk knew nothing about them, but did help me look. His phone showed where they should be but nothing was there. Gave up and went to Home Depot and bought one. Still like Lowes, just hate wasting my time.”

“I am a corporate sales and marketing trainer and have been for over 40 years now. I have to say the service that I received from Jerry in the Penske Truck Rental Department was over-the-top excellent. I had to move my reservation dates, which he took care of at lightning speed and then, after everything he did to make that happen, I ended up needing a larger truck which he also handled in about 5 or 10 minutes. Once on the road, another gentleman named chris, called me from Penske rental informing me that I was getting a $150 sales tax refund on the larger truck. I've rented a lot of cars and trucks over these many decades and have never had this great of an experienced before. Hats off to Home Depot in Prescott and in particular Penske Truck Rental. “Drove down from Flagstaff since Spellmans closed. Good selection and they can order more wood for special projects. I wish they were closer options but hardwoods have limited choices in Flagstaff. Owner (?) was very helpful.”
