“This is by far the best hardware store I've visited! It has items you'll never see at other stores! There is always ample, knowledgeable staff to guide you where you need to be. Each department is fully staffed with more people to help you. Whatever you need, there will be 3 or 4 options to choose from at various price and quality levels. The store is very large but not over whelming. Do yourself a favor and check here first before you go to big boxm. It's such an awesome experience!”

“Nice place. Friendly and helpful people. Only problem is they could not straight line my wood right away so I have to make two trips down there. No biggie, I'm not complaining. It's a small business and all their workers were busy, so as a suggestion call and ask if they can straight line before you go.”

“The usually have what you want. Occasionally they're sold out of an product (flashlights) but they get a truck in once a week. I keep trying, eventually I'll find it in stock.”

Rex is knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond to all of our inquiries. We love working with this business and would highly recommend.”

“Although I find their products exceptional the prices are just crazy. As a retired paint contractor I was disappointed that they eliminated the friends and family discounts. I was told no, absolutely not. It's against company policy, when I purchased a gallon of their exterior product.”

“Jerry in Tool Rental is OUTSTANDING. I usually dread having to rent from Home Depot. I’ve rented from other locations over the years and always seem to be stuck with someone that hates their job and usually it’s a miserable experience. This was the first time that I rented a truck where the transaction went smoothly and quickly! If only employee was as personable, nice, and efficient as Jerry. The man deserves a raise and a promotion. Someone at Home Depot should pass the gratitude along to him!”

“Dwayne, in the Home Depot (on Hwy 69, Prescott, AZ) plumbing department, saved the day! I had a drippy shower spout and let Dwayne know what I needed. He said "that's a Delta product and Home Depot doesn't carry Delta, but..." Dwayne reached down and grabbed an item from the bottom shelf and announced that Home Depot had received this (Delta) product in error, and it wasn't worth returning to the supplier. It was exactly what I needed! He also told me the drip was due to a faulty cartridge. Who knew that showers even had cartridges? He pulled the exact cartridge that I needed, amongst a variety and showed me the difference between them. He then opened another box. He showed the complete cartridge assembly, and what I would need to do to swap it out. What started out being an intimidating repair, following Dwayne's show-and-tell, was completed correctly and quickly. I was SO grateful I dropped off a thank you card, which I hope was shared with HD management, along with a gift card for coffee. Dwayne is my "go to" guy and he really knows his stuff.”

“I am a corporate sales and marketing trainer and have been for over 40 years now. I have to say the service that I received from Jerry in the Penske Truck Rental Department was over-the-top excellent. I had to move my reservation dates, which he took care of at lightning speed and then, after everything he did to make that happen, I ended up needing a larger truck which he also handled in about 5 or 10 minutes. Once on the road, another gentleman named chris, called me from Penske rental informing me that I was getting a $150 sales tax refund on the larger truck. I've rented a lot of cars and trucks over these many decades and have never had this great of an experienced before. Hats off to Home Depot in Prescott and in particular Penske Truck Rental. Many thanks, and my family will be renting from you again very soon!”

“Went in and walked around about 30 minutes looking for a phone case. Website said in stock, clerk knew nothing about them, but did help me look. His phone showed where they should be but nothing was there. Gave up and went to Home Depot and bought one. Still like Lowes, just hate wasting my time.”
