Tyler was patient and listened to every question i had and then provided me with adequate feed back. He is very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. Tyler also exhibited a genuinely polite mannerism. He was willing to help me resolve any issues that i had with my plan. Tyler was also considerate enough to take the time to explain discounts and promotions that were available to me that i was not informed of. If you ever need to visit a Verizon wireless store and have questions i promise you that you will not be dissapointed if you visit this store and ask for Tyler. Tyler, i would like to thank you for going above and beyond the mark when it comes to providing great customer service.”

I know I live out some from Prescott, however, they make it work for us. They can also do remote work on My Control 4 system, and that makes it very nice. He came out today and did all sorts of work for us. He checked everything to make sure it worked correctly before he left also. “Best store I've ever been to! I came in to switch my carrier and They got my bill to be lowered by $50! Using some Emergency Benefit I qualified for and got a real cool 5G Samsung In The Deal. Customer service was friendly and helped me lower y bill because they offered it to me otherwise I wouldn't have known I could do that. Really clean and organized store kept it very professional and comforting to be in.”

“Let me just start off by saying Bob is wonderful.We are long term customers with a very good credit standing. There have been some problems with their system. We keep getting calls saying we are behind but we are not and we provide receipts. They are always very apologetic.There is a new GM who was rude and condescending to us. She called us saying she is the new GM and that we are late paying. We were very nice and explained we are not late, never are, and that this happens a lot. We have automatic deposit every pay day and there is always plenty of money in the account.She said, "Why don't you tell me what's going on?"I felt like saying , "no you tell me what's gong on since this always happens ." But again nicely I explained the same thing I just told her.She said, "how come there are no notes? I told her I would not know why there are no notes.I am a manager for a large store in the VOC. So I have the same job as her, and I will tell you that you can not talk to people like the way she talked to us when you are running a business, especially when the customer has done nothing wrong.I understand not everyone is friendly or has the skills to be.There are free leadership courses online on how to talk to people when you are in leadership. Nonmatter how good you are at certain things, if you are not good with people you will not make it as a GM.It doesn't feel good to come home after a long work day and get a call at 8pm and have somebody rude on the other end from a company you love. Again, We love Bob though!”
