“We just brought home our 2013 Ford Flex that had damage on the front bumper driver's from a shopping cart, we also had black marks on our rear bumper that downtown paint/body buffed out at no charge when we xame to get an estimate for the damage on the front bumper. All body shops are only paid to repair and repaint damaged areas that were initially reported. The passenger side of my front bumper had some scratched areas as well. Downtown Paint/body repaired and repainted the whole bumper even though they are not paid by our insurance company to fix the whole bumper. I am very impressed with their work ethic, quality of work, and they completed the job in a timely manner. The work they did is guaranteed for life and that means a lot for a company to offer that long of a warranty. I would recommend them to everyone that needs body work done. Most customers are familiar with Beals body shop and I have now used both for body repairs. They both do fantastic work, very friendly employees, and they both do quality work.
