Car Rental
Hours: Budget Car Rental is a family-owned business known for its friendly and helpful staff. The family that runs the rental location at the airport is highly praised for their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude. Customers often mention that the cars are very clean and that reservations are easy to make. Many reviews highlight the exceptional service provided by the staff, including family members who go above and beyond to assist, even in stressful situations. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness leave customers smiling and feeling confident about their rental experience. One reviewer noted that the father working behind the counter was especially helpful and turned a stressful day around. However, there are some drawbacks. Some customers experienced difficulty reaching the business by phone, which caused frustration, especially when trying to arrange pick-up or drop-off. Despite these issues, once at the location, staff members were described as super helpful and accommodating. A minor complaint was about an extra day charge for late returns, but staff indicated that late check-ins are generally not a problem. Overall, Budget Car Rental is appreciated for its family atmosphere, clean cars, and excellent customer service, making it a recommended choice for those seeking a friendly local rental experience.
