“The Prescott Target is clean and has friendly employees (in my experience). I really appreciate when new music albums come out, they always have them out! Like kpop albums for ex. I wish they had manga their though. I don't go often but I've never seen any when I go and check. Overall though, a really nice store!”

“Took my older 05 Chevy Impala in to get an oil change. I trust Walmart with my car no matter what state im in. And my car got stuck in park. They were confused and so was I. Not only did they spend a couple of hours figuring out the issue they still did my oil change even though it was an hour past close for the auto center, and they waived the fee and showed me how to now get my car in and out of gear. Super amazing, absolutely happy. Not happy a part went out, but im a realistic human and im fully aware my car is over 20 years old and has 308thousand miles, shit is going to happen(i travel alot) and it was absolutely not their fault. Thank you all for hard work and dedication. I'm truly sorry and absolutely embrassed this happened. They stayed polite the entire time and completely professional while figuring out this craziness. No one was mad about staying later after close. Absolutely recommend. Thank you thank you. Im truly sorry this happened ?. I dont any of their names it was the shop manager came in the assistant with black hair black beard a young man with a red hat (cutie by the way) and another gentleman with a clean shaved head. All polite all worked diligently, kept me informed the whole time. They were apologizing i was apologizing. This just happened and i decided to sit in the parking lot to write the review immediately so that that they know who was on staff. When they figured out the issue they offered to still do my oil change even though it was past closing time. I told them i could come back tomorrow, i felt bad, i still do and they said its cool we can get it done. Aww yall are so nice. Thank you thank you.”

“Thank goodness this Penny's is still here! Otherwise, my available places to shop would be Ross and TJ Maxx! This store is kept very organized and tidy. I would say 95% of the employees are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. They usually have a good variety of women's clearance items. It is a smaller store than those in Phoenix so you may have to order whatever you want. But I will continue to do business with them and pray they don't get shut down. I do have a beef with this store. Most of the time, the women's dressing room is closed so you're forced to go to the kids fitting room. I'm not comfortable with that! Otherwise, I would recommend to others to shop here!”

“Ted at the Prescott, AZ store went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement item ASAP… before my employers (I’m a Ranch Hand) went out of town for 3 weeks. He truly listened to me and was able to find a solution in a timely manner! He knew how important it was to me to install this waterer so my employers knew their animals would have a functioning auto waterer while they were gone.

“Only wish was if there was someone by dressing rooms. People take so much stuff in there and take up to 30 mins long. Along with people going in and out with parents handing them stuff while a whole line is waiting. Last time it took 10-20 mins just to try on one dress.”

“Ummm it's a parking lot of a shopping center. It was late at night I stopped to clean my windshield because wipers don't last more than a month in AZ summer sun. Everything was closed but the lot was clean... Yeah that's about it.”

“I have always had good luck with Penney's. I have been buying spring & fall tops for the last few years online. The prices and quality are good and shipping is fast and efficient. Also bought some shoes and that was also a good experience. Do not understand the poor ratings. Like the store as well although they used to carry much more inventory but the workers have always been pleasant.”
