They total suck at their jobs I ordered a phone it was supposed to be delivered today 1/5/24 between 8am to 1pm nothing then 8pm the app say the driver put in the car 8.45am and it almost 11pm at night and it say driver is going to delivered at the end of the day when midnight. FedEx driver are the worst they always leave package ? out side the gate like trash they always do what they want stupid now I'm going to have to play their stupid game with my package ?

Package not delivered or delivered to wrong address on the 24 Nov was supposed to be delivered on 22nd still at end of Dec waiting for them to fix the issue of not delivering a $300 tire. Won't use them again or any business that does.

The driver was awful and rude! I had just had foot surgery and was expecting a large delivery that required a signature. I heard the FedEx truck arrive, so I opened my garage door. I managed my way outside on crutches and asked the driver if he could set the boxes inside my garage. He barely said two words to me. He could clearly see I was in a cast and on crutches. He set the boxes NEXT to my garage and started to walk away. I asked if he needed my signature and as he walked away said "I'll sign for you" and drove off. Thankfully, just then my neighbor pulled up and lugged the heavy boxes into my garage so I could close my garage door. What horrible service from a very rude, disrespectful person!!!

Trying to give them my phone number so I can meet the truck at the mail box when wx is to bad to drive up to the house. Unable to make agent contact. More than likely the oversized packages will be stolen because we didn’t meet up.For three days they’ve said it would arrive by 8pm each day. The original driver, Danielle would call and we’d meet up to collect.

Have had two times driver had product, without checking decided noone was there both deliveries on a Friday. Took until I called multiple numbers and filed complaint against driver to get results. This is not usual for FEDEX. Fortunately last delivery on time. These were critical deliveries that had volunteer teams lined up to install, so hard to just reschedule.

It took more than 2 weeks for a package to come from Stockton Ca. To Humboldt az. I looked up the tracking info it was in phoenix,AZ within 2 days then bounced around from fed ex "smart hubs" for the next two weeks until finally making its way to my area an hour north of phoenix... Smart hub??? I think not lol

This company is a horrible delivery driver he lies puts our signature on there. one it says signature required.he leaves the package outside the gate for anybody to steal this man is horrible. A valueable package was over $1200 he left it by the road and Didn't bring it inside this man should to be fire
