“Thank you Tony Manzo for our beautiful kitchen! Tony helped us every inch of the way, choosing our hickory cabinets to introducing us to the installer, flooring, and countertop companies. The result is high end and we can’t be happier. Strongly recommend Foxworth-Galbraith Home Improvement for all of your needs and dreams! - Shannon Wells”
“Ted at the Prescott, AZ store went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement item ASAP… before my employers (I’m a Ranch Hand) went out of town for 3 weeks. He truly listened to me and was able to find a solution in a timely manner! He knew how important it was to me to install this waterer so my employers knew their animals would have a functioning auto waterer while they were gone.
Thank you Ted for your exceptional Customer Service and follow thru!!”
“I am a corporate sales and marketing trainer and have been for over 40 years now. I have to say the service that I received from Jerry in the Penske Truck Rental Department was over-the-top excellent. I had to move my reservation dates, which he took care of at lightning speed and then, after everything he did to make that happen, I ended up needing a larger truck which he also handled in about 5 or 10 minutes. Once on the road, another gentleman named chris, called me from Penske rental informing me that I was getting a $150 sales tax refund on the larger truck. I've rented a lot of cars and trucks over these many decades and have never had this great of an experienced before. Hats off to Home Depot in Prescott and in particular Penske Truck Rental. Many thanks, and my family will be renting from you again very soon!”
“Kathy helped us cover 12 windows in our house in UNDER an hour! She was focused on the task, she had a lot of great suggestions and she made the whole experience a *pleasure *”

“This is by far the best hardware store I've visited! It has items you'll never see at other stores! There is always ample, knowledgeable staff to guide you where you need to be. Each department is fully staffed with more people to help you. Whatever you need, there will be 3 or 4 options to choose from at various price and quality levels. The store is very large but not over whelming. Do yourself a favor and check here first before you go to big boxm. It's such an awesome experience!”
