“If you're looking for super friendly service and a very unique stay, Sheldon Lodge is the place. It's right around the corner from downtown Prescott and certainly within walking distance. The Lodge definitely has old west touches with unique decor everywhere you look. Rooms were small, but clean and very comfortable. We stayed here twice now and will be back. Deb is fantastic!”

“Location was amazing and near everything. Breakfast had lots of options and a few proteins. The pool/hot tub was a nice break after busy sightseeing. They also had a nice outside area with a gas firetable and tables and comfy chairs. We didn't use the gas grill to cook, but it was cool to have the option. Plus they had a small smoke area up front or in the back with a picnic table. Yes there was road noise, this hotel is for convenience, near everything, not ambiance.”

“Visiting with my daughter for a local event. Days Inn met our needs, nice room and friendly staff. Overall, we experienced a great stay. I did have 2 concerns: We stayed for 2 nights. On the first night there were individuals that could be heard on the patio area partying until approx 2 am, this made it difficult to sleep. Staff onsite did not enforce quiet hours. Secondly, my mother came with me unexpectedly after my sister-in-law was unable to come, our room was on the second floor and there is not an elevator or ramp to get up there so she had difficulty with taking the stairs. There is a ramp from the parking lot to the first level but no ramp or elevator to the second. Overall, I would go back there again as it was a cute location and met our basic needs.”

“We ate at the bistro and it's always a favorite place to stop. We are from out of state and it's a must do when we come in town. Good variety. LOVE that you can get breakfast later in the day too. Always good food and fair prices.”

“First of all, in want to give a big shout out to the staff. Laurie, Carmen, Alondra, Theresa, McKia, Robert and Angel are a few of the people that I had the pleasure to interact with. Their professionalism, excellent customer service skills and kindness cannot be overlooked. I do thank the staff of The Springfield Inn and Suites, you guys went above and beyond. The welcoming attitude and attention we good to experience. The rooms are excellent and the breakfast was satisfying. When we requested or needed something from the staff, they handled it in a timely manner.”

“This hotel was built in 1927 and it's 99 years old. But don't worry, the hotel has been remodeled and not run down at all. It is charming and amazing conditions. The elevator was original but it needs operator, just like the old days. The room is small but charming. I love the hardwood floor. The bathroom is a little cramped but it's clean and functional. The young staff was super nice. The hotel is one block from the courthouse, and it's really ideal for visiting the historic town. If you visit Prescott, I highly recommend this place.”

“What a great hotel! We go to Prescott twice a year and have stayed at several hotels. This is a gem. Beautiful lobby, room was large and comfortable. They serve free gourmet coffee and cappuccino in the lobby all day. The hot breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. The pool, gym and guest office areas were clean and well equipped. Best of all was Coopers Pub attached to the hotel. Good food at great prices. The owner was friendly and proud of his business. The negative reviews about room noise I can understand, as we could hear the people upstairs quite clearly, but it won't keep us from coming back.”

“Im giving rooms the lower review because they are older rooms that need to be updated painted and new flooring. Its a beautiful hotel but it could be even more with the updates. Reason for the 5 REVIEW. SUE THE MANAGER!!!!Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and was attentive to our needs. The hotel was quite. We travel alot and have stayed at various hotels throughout the us. And SUE showed a kind and caring attitude that we'll, you just dont get anymore, even at a 5 star hotel. SO, THANK YOU SUE!!!!! “Rooms: Secure locks and all rooms are non smoking. People step outside to the front patio to smoke sitting on the comfortable gliders provided.Safety: Great management. Residents are polite and considerate. Security cameras in place. Very quiet and peaceful.Walkability: Within easy walking of nice restaurant, easy access to convenience store. Historic landmark nearby of original owners and memorial to Veterans. Army, Navy, Marines and. Air Force. Visited a friend' who rents a room in a monthly basis. Wonderful location. We love Prescott.Noteworthy details: Lovely rose bushes surround the courtyard. Beautiful and nostalgic. A must see.”

“The room was clean, comfortable & relaxing. The shower pressure was absolutely awesome & the towels/washcloths were the softest ever! Way better than the expensive hotels! “We had a long drive got in late for an early appointment at the VA medical bldg. Missie was the front desk agent and she must of felt my exhaustion from life. She was AMAZING!!! Kind, understanding, passionate and just overall a real genuine lady that is a true blessing to any establishment. Everyone needs a MISSIE in thier life. Thank you for being so kind on our long journey. Oh the rooms were nice but really MISSIE made everything perfect. WE WILL BE BACK !!!!”

“Stayed at the Quality Inn to see the tree lighting with our kids. There wasn't anything wrong with the room and there wasn't anything special about it either. It was a room. It served is purpose. The only complaint is about their breakfast in the morning. All they offered was sweet items. Waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit and juice. Not looking for restaurant options, or great quality, but wish some savory items were offered. Even if it was pre-made breakfast sandwiches to warm up in a microwave. All that was available was sugar, sugar and more sugar. Ended up buying breakfast somewhere else which is also fine but if you are looking for a variety of breakfast items they don't offer it unless it is sweet.”

“I feel like I stepped back to 1980, seriously I didn’t even know people smoked this much anymore. And they smoke right outside the rooms and it will blow into your window . And my room anyway had an old smoke residue from probably years ago when it used to be a smoking room. If it weren’t for that, it’s a great motel.”

The lobby staff, housekeepers and owners Kim and Sid are all great people. We always have a pleasant stay each time. Everyone keeps to themselves and its quiet at night. Overall a great experience”

“This wonderful Prescott hotel and casino overlooks the City of Prescott, Arizona from atop what appears to be the highest mountain heading into the City from the east. The views are fantastic! But what makes this an exceptional venue is the staff, the rooms, and the service! The banquet food is wonderful and the dedicated staff always make guests feel like they are in a 5-star resort! The architecture is trendy and the history of the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe is featured throughout the common areas of the hotel. This hotel is wonderful and I recommend it highly!”
