“We had some concerning discoloration happen with an area of our new countertops that were sourced from AZ Tile. I called our installers (Unique Granite & Marble) and literally the same day, they sent two guys out from both parties to come and address the issue. Turns out there was some residual adhesive from the protective plastic that had picked up some color from a rag. Chad and Ty from AZ tile took great care of us along with the folks at UGM. Can't recommend these companies enough ?? Exceptional customer service, how it should be everywhere.”

There have been times, including yesterday, that we could not find the price on some of the objects. After struggling for a few minutes with not having a price of a piece of furniture, we were looking to buy Leo came with another associate and offered assistance. It was particularly useful when that he explained that all over the store there are now boxes that have a button that can be pushed to alert associates that someone needs help in that given area.

Leo was particularly helpful when he was there and he was visible in another area of the store and offered his assistance at that point as well. It is my conviction that he is a well trained employee who understands what customer service is and represents At Home very well.”
