“I had a wonderful experience with Scott at the mattress firm store in Prescott Arizona at Gateway Mall. He allowed me to take my time laying on each mattress. He thoroughly explained the benefits of each mattress and the adjustable basis. At no time did I feel pressured in anyway to make a decision that day or to purchase anything. I did end up buying a mattress after finding out their return policies and the support that I was able to receive. My mattress was delivered the next day by a wonderful team from mattress firm. I can highly recommend this business.”

“We have been purchasing items for K’s Lighting since we moved to the area five years ago. I recently went in to purchase a floor reading lamp. Erica was so very helpful. She kindly and professionally told me if the lamp didn’t work out, that they would gladly accept it and give us store credit. I returned it the next day because it did not fit our decor. We exchanged for a beautiful wall print for our entry way. I love the calming aesthetics and the vast variety of decor they offer. They offer unique pieces that you don’t see in all the other stores. I can’t wait for their holiday decor! We highly recommend K’s lighting!”

“I rented a washer and dryer from Aaron’s Rent to Own on Gail Gardner in Prescott about two weeks ago and had a great experience. They were able to get my delivery out the same day, which was a huge help. I worked with Jennifer, the sales rep, and her manager Leaera—both were incredibly nice, personable, and made me feel genuinely important as a customer. Their customer service really stood out. The delivery guys were also great—professional and efficient. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. I would definitely go back and recommend this location.”

“We are always delighted to shop At Home! Their offerings acknowledge the different seasons in the Calendar year and the quality is always pleasing to us. There have been times, including yesterday, that we could not find the price on some of the objects. After struggling for a few minutes with not having a price of a piece of furniture, we were looking to buy Leo came with another associate and offered assistance. It was particularly useful when that he explained that all over the store there are now boxes that have a button that can be pushed to alert associates that someone needs help in that given area. Leo was particularly helpful when he was there and he was visible in another area of the store and offered his assistance at that point as well. It is my conviction that he is a well trained employee who understands what customer service is and represents At Home very well.”

“Ashley has a great showroom, of excellant furniture, that is built sturdy not from partical board. Top brands that stand behind there products with a very good warranty only wish my house did this. I could change say my bed frame with 2,or 3 head broads, and colors also. They allowed me to negotiate a price and free delivery,removal, my back feels better already. They also called to setup a delivery date that fits my schedule. I may have good a lower price, but that comes with lower quality, charges for delivery and removal. No Tommy was great to work with he showed all the options, on several sets so I could make a educated selection.”
