“Very nice, informative pharmacist. Much faster service than any pharmacy in Arizona. His wife is also very helpful and friendly. I would never go back to a chain pharmacy after being treated so well here, often with no line. If you do not have insurance, they also have very reasonable cash prices.”

“Took my older 05 Chevy Impala in to get an oil change. I trust Walmart with my car no matter what state im in. And my car got stuck in park. They were confused and so was I. Not only did they spend a couple of hours figuring out the issue they still did my oil change even though it was an hour past close for the auto center, and they waived the fee and showed me how to now get my car in and out of gear. Super amazing, absolutely happy. Not happy a part went out, but im a realistic human and im fully aware my car is over 20 years old and has 308thousand miles, shit is going to happen(i travel alot) and it was absolutely not their fault. Thank you all for hard work and dedication. I'm truly sorry and absolutely embrassed this happened. They stayed polite the entire time and completely professional while figuring out this craziness. No one was mad about staying later after close. Absolutely recommend. Thank you thank you. Im truly sorry this happened ?. I dont any of their names it was the shop manager came in the assistant with black hair black beard a young man with a red hat (cutie by the way) and another gentleman with a clean shaved head. All polite all worked diligently, kept me informed the whole time. They were apologizing i was apologizing. This just happened and i decided to sit in the parking lot to write the review immediately so that that they know who was on staff. When they figured out the issue they offered to still do my oil change even though it was past closing time. I told them i could come back tomorrow, i felt bad, i still do and they said its cool we can get it done. Aww yall are so nice. Thank you thank you.”

“CVS Pharmacy on Willow Creek Road in Prescott it's a wonderful place. Went there for immunizations. The scheduling was easy even though I did not need an appointment. The staff was very friendly and honestly, the injection was barely noticeable. No pain at all!”

“Fry's was clean with wide aisles making it easy to maneuver. It didn't have what I was looking for, Lactose free cottage cheese. Asked staff about it, but they said it was not carried at that location.”
“We changed over to this pharmacy a few years ago. They are very fast in getting our prescriptions ready. Their staff is friendly. I'm not sure why posts about the deli are part of the pharmacy ratings.”

“Ummm it's a parking lot of a shopping center. It was late at night I stopped to clean my windshield because wipers don't last more than a month in AZ summer sun. Everything was closed but the lot was clean... Yeah that's about it.”

“I needed a vacation override (more medication than normally allowed) for my HPB because I was leaving out of the country. My insurance said I needed to let the pharmacist know so the pharmacist could call my dr. to order the vacation override.
The pharmacist told me I needed to call my doctor and they could not call my doctor on my behalf.
My doctor was on maternity leave so another dr filling in for her said she would only allow a 30 day supply, which was not enough.
I was at a loss and wanted to cry because I felt nobody would help me. Finally, I spoke with Amber and she knew exactly what a vacation override was and helped me and she was able to get me a 60 day supply of my medication. I was so relieved. So for that, I am leaving Amber a great review because she went above and beyond to help me when others would not and the issue was resolved. Amber you are truly a gem and I am grateful for humans like you who take the time to help people like me. May you always be blessed and may God always put people in your path that will help you when you need it.”
“Great grocery store! They keep it clean as well. It does get busy at times, but that’s because it’s a popular store. They have wonderful staff, including John, Sandi, Dan and Betty. They are always very friendly and helpful if I ever need anything, and they are some of my favorite employees there.
I use their pharmacy as well, and even if there is a line, it generally doesn’t take too long until you are up and getting your medicines. The pharmacy seems to be better staffed now because previously, the wait times were a bit longer. They’ve gotten much better, though. The technicians, especially Cody (might be a K instead of a C but I can’t fully remember) and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful. If you have questions, they will answer them for you no problem. Great job and keep up the solid work!”

“I work in healthcare. I have never had an issue with their service. A time frame is a time frame. Who shows up 10 minutes before they go on lunch? If they give a specific time add an hour before and a hour after. For the lady that shows up every week. Call corporate. There is something in their system they can’t fix. People are late, they are people. Give them a break. Or go get your drugs somewhere else! I get pissed for getting carded at self checkout for cough syrup is it their fault too?”

“Somehow, this Walgreens looks extremely outdated and dim inside. They had everything we needed. The elderly cashier, and another cashier were extremely kind, informative, and smiled during the transactions. They have excellent customer service.”
“I love to go to Walgreens for a number of reasons it is convenient they have what I need and they have good sales. I always get my medications at Walgreens. I have done it for all of my adult life. I love Walgreens. It is the only Pharmacy I use. Their Service and Courtesy is always exceptional.”

“We have been using Prescott Compounding Pharmacy for several years. A ongoing prescription got messed up and took nine days to get straightened out. I went into the pharmacy this morning to pick it up when the doctors office told me it was sent the prior evening. Madison told me it was due to be filled tomorrow. She saw the disappointment on my face and in the next breath told me if I could wait ten minutes “I will fill it right now.”This was great since my wife ran out yesterday and we got it filled today. Good Customer service is dying across businesses and Madison made my day with the customer service she provided and the care she took in getting this prescription filled in a few minutes why I waited. Customer service is alive and well at Prescott Compounding Pharmacy!! Madison thanks for caring!!”
