“Moved all my perscriptions I have a lot to CVS Prescott Valley from Walgreens in Prescott Valley. Best thing Ive done in a long time!!!! Thank you CVS for being so organized and efficient. “I have had nothing but great experiences with this pharmacy. They are always able to run my secondary insurance CHAMPVA that some other pharmacies can't do for some reason. I occasionally have to wait a little longer for a rush order I put in but that should be expected in this area. There's a whole lot of people & not enough pharmacies. I have to acknowledge 1 pharmacy technician, Jared, in particular that has always been super helpful and quick when I've spoken to him. He always makes my experience with them easy & painless. He deserves a raise, promotion, bonus or whatever they do for their employees who go above & beyond.”

“The lady who helped me today Robyn is a testimony of great customer service and that there's never a reason to not get up and go at life. Employees like her are hard to find and harder to keep these days. Just as she recognizes customer needs I hope the company and district leaders recognize hers and her work ethic and reward her with a chair so she can comfortably perform her job duties or take a break when she needs to. Employees like her are the reason people will continue to come back to Walgreens instead of "the other one"”
