“Very clean, friendly environment. The pharmacy staff was so helpful to get my medication transferred same day from my regular pharmacy in another city. They had my prescription ready within 4 hours of calling them to see if they could help me out.”
“Great store however scanners at checkouts are hypersensitive to thinking customers are not scanning everything. I have yet to fail scanning, but it has tripped tge alarm at least once everytime I checkout groceries.”
“Russ is a very kind person and always very helpful! I hope he gets promoted to the management team- I’ve met the manager and I think the assistant manager if I’m not mistaken and they are great also/ I’d like to see Russ up there as he is very hardworking: cares about his job and knowledgeable.”

“Moved all my perscriptions I have a lot to CVS Prescott Valley from Walgreens in Prescott Valley. Best thing Ive done in a long time!!!! Thank you CVS for being so organized and efficient.
Walgreens should just close their pharmacy. They can never get your prescribed medications without a mess of some sort that normally I would figure out for them.”

“I have had nothing but great experiences with this pharmacy. They are always able to run my secondary insurance CHAMPVA that some other pharmacies can't do for some reason. I occasionally have to wait a little longer for a rush order I put in but that should be expected in this area. There's a whole lot of people & not enough pharmacies. I have to acknowledge 1 pharmacy technician, Jared, in particular that has always been super helpful and quick when I've spoken to him. He always makes my experience with them easy & painless. He deserves a raise, promotion, bonus or whatever they do for their employees who go above & beyond.”
“The lady who helped me today Robyn is a testimony of great customer service and that there's never a reason to not get up and go at life. Employees like her are hard to find and harder to keep these days. Just as she recognizes customer needs I hope the company and district leaders recognize hers and her work ethic and reward her with a chair so she can comfortably perform her job duties or take a break when she needs to. Employees like her are the reason people will continue to come back to Walgreens instead of "the other one"”
“Everyone employed here genuinely enjoys their job and it makes me smile every time. There are employees everywhere so, if you need a stock check or help with something they are nearby. The Pharmacy Techs are so lovely and are very accommodating. The clearance portion of the store needs some work, they don’t have many things in it or the items in there are already open and used, gross. Check out is a little bit on the busier side, but, it’s definitely worth it. The cashiers are super friendly and last time I went I left with a new recipe! Thank you to this team!”
