The shopping experience wsa good. We found the product we needed, and ordered it. Shipping is expensive, but was the only extra-large pet gate we could find. Installation was OK, and it went together without a bunch of fuss. We got this gate because it was described as "sturdy enough for all but the most aggressive dog."
