“An amazing place!! we thought we were going to move to Prescott, it is a beautiful area, but we ended up in Texas. We put all our belongings into Ponderosa Mini Storage as we were looking for our forever home.Becky is the BEST!!We ran into some serious issues with the movers we hired to bring our stuff to Texas and Becky was there with me “holding my hand” all the way. If it wasn’t for her love of people and the items that are stored at her place I don’t know what I would have done.She was absolutely amazing!I would definitely recommend using Ponderosa Mini Storage. You will know everything is safe.”

Bill has old school ways he treats you like family he works with you on payment issues doesn't charge extra for cutting your lock off if you need to be even let me have a storage sale at the location which saved me a ton of work moving my stuff somewhere else to sell. Kind patient and understanding . Extra perks like 24/7 access to your Storage unit and payment extending if your in a financial pinch any given month . Just out of the ballpark the BEST IN TOWN.”

“These guys really care. Since there is such a high demand and low supply for mini storage, these facilities can usually be stuck up if they want to be. But these guys aren't. Friendly since day 1, willing to work with me on billing as a college student. They also supply a student discount. There was a discrepancy with an inconsistency in their hours from their website and it put me in a jam one morning, but they sent me a very long and detailed apology message the following day. This shows that they care about the individual customer, which I can't say about a lot of places nowadays. Coming from Sandretto Hills, it's a NIGHT AND DAY difference. They were also very cooperative with me to fit me into a good trailer spot.”
“I NEEDED STORAGE FOR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS WHILE OUR HOUSE WAS BEING BUILT. THEY OFFERD A UNIT BIGGER THAN WHAT I THOUGHT I NEEDED BUT I AM SO HAPPY I GOT THE BIGGER UNIT. “Dawna and Don run this place and 4 others in town. No doubt a 10x20 will be a hard find at any of their facilities. I called every week for months and if I was a bother, Dawna swore I wasn't. She kept her word and called me as soon as a unit was available. They have both been great. I've had a couple things go awry... once it was that my light wouldn't go on. I was afraid they'd put it on the back burner. But, again, I wasn't made to feel like a pest. And true to her word, Don was out at the unit the next day. And whatever the matter was, it was resolved by the next day. Everything is run so efficiently. Dawna handled the entire rental process online and made it so simple. She had explained every detail down to the lock and had answered all my questions without me having to even ask. Easy to pay online too. Kudos for the best customer service! The place is well kept and they have the best prices you'll find in town.”
“It was very easy to rent a unit online. The payment comes out automatically each month. There is a gate for security with a code for 24 hour access. The staff is helpful and quick to respond. The unit was clean when we moved in and we have had no problems.”
