The point of this review was to shout out the employee who assisted me and truly cared, this is what makes a business in our small community. So thank you to Tate! Who serviced me when I happened to stop by this location!** I stopped by discount tire today as I seemed to be losing air in my tire. I happened to be close to the Prescott store so I stopped in for the free air service. A young man named Tate assisted me with my tire pressure issue. After checking and filling all 4 tires, he proceeded to explain and educate me on normal tire wear. He explained to me my tire condition and recommended new tires due to safety and how it is measured and why new tires are recommended. I came home and told my husband who worked for discount for many years, and just had mentioned getting new tires but was impressed with how I was educated by this young man named Tate. I wanted to jump on here and shout this young man out as he deserves to be recognized for his commitment and dedication to discount tires customer service and clearly cares deeply for his job! Thank you Tate for the awesome experience and educational visit I had at the Prescott discount tire. Keep up the great work and customer service delivery! It will get you far in your career!”
