“The best shop in Yavapai county if not the state. they where able to fix my gmc Duramax 2500 after i had spent 25k in 9 other shops all around the quad city's and not a single one of them could fix it including lamb chevy. they stayed in contact with me every step of the way was never kept out of the loop with things and made everything right by me. this shop went above and beyond when no one else would. i bought a lemon of a truck from a bad dealer in town and had only driven it 600 miles in less then a year before it died. it took me 3 more years of bad shady mechanics and dealerships before i found precision who actually took care of me and fixed the truck. for that i will only bring me vehicles personally and my business vehicles to them. this review was far over do for them personal matters got in the way but would never use any other shop.”
“Thank you for the amazing service. Woke up with a flat tire today, called Prescott Tire Pros, and they said to come down; I pumped up the tire and drove to the shop. They found a screw in the tire. They had me in and out in 30 minutes. They are the best in town!”

It may be quite expensive, but it also is the best oil service I’ve ever had. I don’t say this often, but they genuinely go above and beyond. They earn that higher price tag. Worth trying at least once before you die, which may sound silly but they might find and share some traumatic findings from the place that last did your oil change, to at least make you rethink who you are letting touch your vehicle.”
“Chris LaPointe new owner temporarily fixed my cv joint basically axle(I dont know what it's actually called) until both sides fixed can be fixed.He did a wonderful job.Reasonabke price.Its now Christmas Eve, back brake went out. Chris is fixing it today.Gid bless him.”

“Three. Stars because I had to come back. However, I want to say that Dion one of the service technicians went above and beyond for me. He spent over an hour of his time searching for misplaced tires and paperwork that was To no manager being on duty. I have to say he is excellent with customer service. He called his boss and took an initiative to find the paperwork and the correct tires for my car. He was patient understanding and helpful. I just wanted to say he is an excellent employee, and deserves to be recognized. He is a much friendlier and easy-going person, then the other team members I’ve dealt with today. He kept his school and made sure to keep me informed.”
