I had to have some shredding done today. I saw that UPS handles that so I looked for the locations. I found the one on Willow Creek and the reviews were so bad I decided to go the one on Gurley. When I got there Hailey greeted me with a big smile and offered her assistance. I had 5 large bags to bring in. As I was getting them out of the back of my truck and putting them on their sidewalk she came out, got them, took them in, weighed them and then offered to help me put them in the containers! After reading the reviews from the other store I was a bit nervous about how this was going to go, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how helpful and pleasant she was!! Hailey, if you see this, I can’t thank you enough for all the help you gave me today!! You’re the best!

This Particular, UPS sore has been able to take care of all my Business and shipping personal needs. Always greeted with a hello and a smile and assist me with all my shipping needs.

Gurley St location, outstanding! Every time I go there (mostly Amazon returns lol) the staff is extremely friendly, patient & kind! They're smart too, really fast & helpful! Parking is lousy but you forget about that after this refreshing 5star treatment!

Charge $2 to print and Amazon return label when Amazon has this service for free. The 2 young ladies actually laughed at me & said “good luck with that” when I said I’d get it done elsewhere .I did get my label printed free elsewhere. No reason to return to this unprofessional store and dropped off at CVS. .as CVS accepts Amazon returns and I got a refund 1 minute after cvs scanned it in. I’m sorry UPS decided this was a laughing matter to make money off free Amazon returns. You have lost my business forever.

A long time customer here. Most of the people who work here are super nice, until last week. I arrived close to closing time, and the young lady was visibly upset. I apologized for being here so close to closing but I only have a few Amazon returns. She was short and never smiled, more of a snarl. My wife was offended and expressed that to me on the way out. The young lady followed us out and said she was busy closing up and this was slowing that process! Like I said, everyone else has been great, this one is a cancer.

I love this store. I’ve had a box here for a while now. Friendly employees, easy mail pick-up, drop-off of Amazon returns (provided you follow Amazon’s instructions on which packages need boxes). I love that my packages are safe. I get a text when they receive something, which is super helpful. Veronica and Hailey always greet me and my husband with a smile. They handle stress well when customers get upset with things out of their control. Good location all around

I recently had a less-than-pleasant experience at my local UPS store which I think is important to share. A friend, who found themselves in need of their medications, entrusted me with the task of shipping these vital items overnight. The clerk at the store, Veronica, was my point of contact during this process.I specifically communicated to Veronica the urgency of the situation and my need for overnight shipping with Saturday delivery. She repeatedly highlighted the "expensive" nature of such a request, a fact I was fully aware of and had acknowledged multiple times.The conversation proceeded until we reached a quote of $103 for the shipment. Deeming the cost a little steep, my friend texted me to opt for Monday delivery instead. It was at this point that Veronica informed me that the original $103 quote was actually for Monday delivery, not Saturday. This was in contradiction to our previous discussion, which specifically revolved around Saturday delivery. What was even more perplexing is that she mentioned they don't offer Saturday deliveries at all, information that should have been shared at the beginning of our interaction.I queried Veronica on why she hadn't clarified this crucial detail earlier, but was met with a dismissive shrug and no constructive response. This lack of communication and poor customer service was disappointing, to say the least.Fortunately, my story ends on a positive note as I managed to reach the local post office in time. They were able to deliver my friend's package overnight for a significantly smaller fee of $10. Despite the eventual success of my errand, the overall experience at the UPS store was far from satisfactory due to the lack of transparent communication and courteous service.

Parking is hard sometimes but the service and staff are so friendly and helpful I really enjoy going to this location anyways.

I go out of my way to go to the Gurley Street store. The parking sucks but the young lady who is there, as today is always pleasant. She couldn't be more helpful or pleasant.

I use this shop fairly frequently, and usually have adequate service. Today was horrible. 2 young "ladies" with straight brown hair had the worst attitudes: snippy, rude, interupting, unhelpful, defensive, and condescending. I went in with a shipping issue, and immediately said I was not blaming them, but wanted to know if they had anyway to help me track a lost package...as I did not have a receipt. They did finally offer to call their manager for me (while telling me she would not be able to help me either), but the manager did offer sulutions which were in fact very helpful. Then the 2 "ladies" told me to have a nice rest of the day...somehow it didn't seam genuine ;-). There needs to be some training in basic human communication, civility, and CUSTOMER SERVICE!
