Carrie is always so helpful and pleasant. She explains all your shipping options and she doesn't rush. I live closer to the Willow Creek location/store, but I drive the extra miles because of the excellent customer service I receive from Carrie at the Gurley Street UPS Store n Prescott AZ. Keep up the good work Carrie!
