There are times I have had to wait in line for quite sometime. I have even had the doors locked by staff as I was reaching for the handle to enter.

I lost my wallet, credit card, etc, made an appointment, I talked to Laura who immediately canceled my credit card and froze the bank account, her professional and pleasant personality won my over. I like this branch.
