“I walked into this bank with a letter that I received in the mail about a lost cashiers check that hasn’t been cashed in my name from 2022. I do t have an account at wells, a lovely lady, Jenn Rivera met me with a smile and she said come to my desk I’ll help you, all the bankers were busy, I was there about a hour when another banker walker over and told me that I would have to make a appointment & come back tomorrow because they were all busy, than Jenn came back and continued to work on my issue. She never gave up & handed me a new cashiers check & waiters at the tellers window until it was my turn & she waved the fee for cashing the check, because I don’t have an account there.
She had a couple of other tellers help her to get this completed. I was there over an hour & received nothing but great customer service the whole time I was there. Great branch, great employees & on a side note VERY Clean. Really considering opening an account there . Thanks so much Jenn ?”

“My wife and I had a trust account check we needed to deposit, at that time we were with wells Fargo, they wanted us to open a separate bank account and other requirements, it wasn't feasible, so we went to BMO, no problems, everything went smoothly. My wife passed away, and as I do all the banking, I'll say it's a pleasure doing business with them, I walk in they call me by name, I've never had any issues with them, they are all professional, courteous, and friendly, I haven't had the need yet to use the ATM perhaps in the future. This atmosphere reminds me of the bank I used when I was much younger in my home town. It's a pleasure doing business there.”
