“So much happening here!
I was there for a private event but there was an exercise class, and meals on wheels happening in other parts of the large building. It appears to be quite the center of the community. Everyone was friendly and there was a manned Information Desk- very helpful”

“Went ad a guest at a family Thanksgiving party. It is a very large family! The kitchen is very nice and it is already done up for the holidays, Great place to hold an event”

“Great venue. Plenty of parking. They do need to have more cocktail tables available and maybe another bar besides the two small bars inside, as they tend to get too backed up. The staff is helpful, professional, and fast. We were here for a children's fund raising event during the Holidays.”

“The staff are very friendly and helpful, and there's a nice, but small, pro shop. As infrequent tourist golfers, we chose to play the more wide open South Course over the more challenging North Course. We enjoyed not having to play "target" golf as much, especially with drives. We liked the front 9 a lot more than the back 9, primarily since holes 13,14, & 15 have parallel side-by-side fairways, with not much in between them. We had to wait a few times for players in adjacent holes to play errant shots into our fairway. Regardless, the greens were in excellent shape, if not a bit slow, and the fairways were nicely groomed as well. The pace of play for a 1:00 pm tee time on a Monday was fairly relaxed, with only three holes where we had to wait to tee off.”

“We picked this hotel because Marriott usually means a higher standard but I have started to see some Marriott's fail to keep up the higher quality. I was in business for many years and traveled quite a bit and Marriott was my go to, sadly no longer.
We were in Prescott Az looking for property to relocate and it was also our Anniversary.
We picked a two room suite with a full kitchen but the selling point was they boasted a great gas fireplace. We wanted the ambiance of having fireplace. At first were impressed with the suite that included the kitchen a dining table and large computer desk. It came stocked with dishes and eating tools even a dish washer.
They did have a very nice fireplace but it would not light. We immediately contacted the front desk and while they promised to have someone check it. After waiting another day we called the manager and she said she would look into it and within a few hours a maintance man came by and while he tried he could not get it to work and promised to come back.
That never happen and again I asked someone else at the front desk and I said I actually paid a premium because we wanted a fireplace to celebrate our 55th anniversary. The said they would look into it.
We have been here 9 days and tomorrow we are heading home an excepted the first time we have not seen a maintenance person and no working fireplace.
While the room appeared be up graded we soon saw a number of issues. They had nice wood planking but the bath room really needed work. The grout on the floor was coming up in numerous areas and it needs painting.
They have a good size closet but you need a strong person to slide the doors. My wife could not even move them
The internet is spotty the cable TV which claims free streaming channels most did not work.
They have a simple breakfast but it was reasonable but the food was not always hot and my wife took it to the room to it heat up.
In addition while the room is pretty pricing they also charged $7 a day for parking.
One bright spot was the staff I rarely found people so pleasant, friendly and helpful especially the Asst gen. manager Hailly Mailes and deskman Christopher. While I was disappointed with the condition of the room and lack of a fireplace they seemed to try their best.
They do have a pool and exercise room but they need to work on up grading”
