“Terrible’s is located on the north side of the 10-fwy on the corner of Main Event Way and Main St in Quartzsite and is my new go-to stop on the way to and from Arizona!
The have a 16 pumps and I think they all have diesel. Super nice not having to wait for the one diesel pump to open up. There’s plenty of room to maneuver your vehicle in and out of the pumps without having to wait for the unoccupied car at the pump to move!
Inside is super clean especially the restrooms! And, the resteoom’s decent sized so you won’t have to wait there either.
The staff are very friendly and quick at the registers.
And as a bonus, they offer FREE coffee if you get fuel! How cool is that.”

“Great gas and diesel prices. No problem for our 5th wheel to fit. They have pumps with gas and diesel together, which was really convenient to fill our truck (diesel) and our generator (gas). Small convenience store. They had DEF.”

“We stop here for gas only. We've never been inside... the pump area is great! They have giant buckets filled with soapy water for your windows, I've never seen them empty. Driving along the 10, those buckets are the driving force of my five star review. Depending on the season, bugs on the windshield need more than what my wipers can handle. Clean soapy water at the pumps is very much appreciated. Thank you! The location couldn't be better with a McDonalds in the same parking lot. We're able to fill up and get food next door with ease. The price of gas is much nicer than what is in California. We stop here religiously to fill up on our road trips.”
“Stopped in here for gas and some snacks while heading back home. I've been here quite a few times while heading back to San Diego. The store has definitely been renovated recently and it looks great! The layout is easy to move around and find everything you're looking for. There used to be a Subway attached to the convenience store, but they have added a Taco Bell inside. Great place for a pit stop!”
“My experience was great! Brought a tour bus group here. Called ahead and they put fresh hot dogs on for us. Grab 'n go sandwiches and a Dairy Queen too! Friendly staff and plenty of clean bathrooms. Well equipped to handle bus tour groups!
**Update 2025: No more Dairy Queen. Darn. Now it's a Taco Bell. However, McDonald's next door has ice cream.”
