Multiple reviews detail chargers that are non-functional or charging at severely reduced speeds, such as 40kw or even 9kw, instead of the advertised 150kw or 350kw. This creates significant anxiety, especially when the next charging station is over 100 miles away. The parking situation is difficult and the setup is confusing, with two cords per device but only one working at a time. While it has been dependably available for some, the overall experience is often terrible and disappointing due to the wait times, technical problems, and insufficient number of high-speed chargers. More charging stations and better maintenance are sorely needed.

Great option for my Prologue. It was giving me around 80kw with my AC on which is not bad.

Got a good charge. Middle of day on Friday and I was only one here until another one came. CHARGER 3 IS NOT WORKING.

Nice stop for a charge. Dog park nearby. Parking lot was quite busy on a Friday night, but no issues finding a spot.
Speeds are slower than advertised.
