“2024. November 4. WINDY!!! Stopped in this morning to get a hammer and ended up shopping for well over an hour...they actually had six different types of hammers. I have not been in there since last year, so i felt like a grown up kid on Christmas morning. Parking filled up fast, but overall, i see that people are courteous and forgiving with us out of towners who have to readjust to parking on sand and rock vs aligning on painted parking spaces. As usual, great deals around the exterior entry area on things i didn't think i needed, yet suddenly i felt like i wanted things for those "just in case" times ahead. Fully stocked shelves, Tarps, pegboards and bins with clearly marked prices which I've always appreciated. The lady cashier was jovial/personable and helpful. I know that people say to be sure to check this place out before you travel out of town, but, like many, i cannot emphasize enough to encourage people to support the community by shopping local. The prices are as reasonable as one could expect on some things and very reasonable on other items. It's like walking though a maze inside of a giant tool box/home goods store. I cannot imagine Quartzsite not having K&B as a downtown staple, it's not just a luxury, it's a necessity. Bravo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
