“I came here last week because i was having issues with my car battery. Explained to the gentleman (who was wearing an awesome hat that day) that my car turned on when I pressed the battery under the hood. The gentleman knew it needed to be screwed on tighter, grabbed his tools and screwed it tight for me. My battery wasnt installed properly by AAA. After he screwed everything tight, my car turned on and i havent had issues since.Every time i come here they are always helpful and more than willing to explain things to me and to try their best!!! Someone from this store even changed my break light.I dont mean to compare but they have been more helpful than autozone. -Thanks guys!”

He was throwing the biggest hissy fit. C'mon now. They literally just opened the door for both of us. I mean some people are so thick headed. “So I had a small accident and Geico deals exclusively with this repair shop so that's why I picked it and because it's a few miles away. The repairs were done ahead of schedule and look great also the communication was very good as well. So that's where they got the 4*s from now let's cover where they lost a star. The car wash and detail after was horrible, I need to take time quickly in next day or so to detail my car to remove water spots and a layer of dust on the car. The windows were cleaned horribly with cheap microfiber clothes that left bits of plastic that glare in your eyes with sun or headlights. If you use cheap microfiber you know what this is like. They should make car washing optional so you can just clean it correctly the first time. I would return in the future if I need repairs but I'll tell them skip the wash this time.”
