“I bought a bike off of Amazon of course on how to put together with almost impossible, called around got the typical response on the bike because it was from Amazon we can't walk on it we're going to charge you $200 because the parts might not fit and the one from specialized bike in Mesa it's not ours, called fish company they gave me an estimate of $75 which I thought was fair drove the bike down there they looked at it asked me what was wrong with it total that I need to get the seat on and have the brakes looked at they started working on the seat got it fixed check out the brakes for me told me they'll fine when I ask how much do I own then it was on the house just if you need any work done bring the bike back and I told them that that would be no problem
And I appreciate it everything that they did for me and yes I am going back when my bike needs to be looked at with customer service like that I thought I had to write a review on what a great company and customer service they have
Store was clean and the employee where very polite like the took pride in what they do and work
