“I originally called about having no flats placed on a bike and initially he explained how difficult it was and that he couldn't do it. After talking for a few minutes, he out of blue changed his mind, said bring it down and he'd take a look at it. I took it in and he took the job! Delivered fast great service and was reasonably priced! Great company! I highly recommend this business.”

“After a long day of traveling before an event/race, after checking into my hotel I had a flat. I looked up the nearest bike shop, and I am really glad it was these guys. They had the right tire replacement to match my front tire, were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dustin the service manager took care of the flat, sealant, and looked over the inner tape to make sure there were no obvious issues. Not only was the service quick, Dustin made sure I knew exactly what was going on and gave a clear breakdown on what the costs were going to be. Great experience, highly recommend this shop. Thanks Dustin and the Global Bikes team.”

“Excellent bike store for commuters of all types (city, truckers, aviators, and RVers). Al and Donna have an impressive selection of collapsible bikes, but we went there specifically for the Bromptons and were not disappointed. Al brought one Brompton after another off the shelf and let us test ride many before we finally had our fill. Al answered all our questions and provided a thorough and patient checkout for us when we received our bikes. We could not be more pleased with the service and cleanliness/organization of their shop. Thank you!”

“Charlene is a national treasure; a wealth of knowledge that cannot be understated. Though usually at the Ahwatukee store, we lucked out with our timing; her being at the Gilbert shop. She helped myself and my girlfriend find the right fitting shoes, socks, and gave her recommendations on which model of cycle to go with. The store itself is well-organized and stocked; everything you need to be kitted out, which is more than I can say about many other retailers I visited in the area. We’ll absolutely be visiting again in the time to come.”
