“EDIT FOLLOW UP: after 3 or 4 days of dealing with nonsense & getting nowhere, Jessica the manager helped fix the situation today and I really appreciate it. Even though the vendor is late, I should be getting my item this week.Their customer service is garbage. I've had an item that I ordered and it's super late. I've been on hold for FOREVER, bounced around from person to person, every time i have called to have NOTHING figured out. I will NEVER be ordering anything from them again, this is ridiculous. They need to rectify this situation immeditaly.”

“It's home depot. Same as you would expect at any other home dept. The location is newer and the staff are great. The staff I spoke with work at multiple locations so they didn't know where the products were however they had the resources to locate them easily available.”

“Wes (Lighting/Fan section) went truly above and beyond. We were completely lost on a simple project and didn’t want to ask for help because the store was packed. Most places the staff purposely avoids eye contact. Wes came up and asked us if we needed help and then proceeded to help us for ten minutes while we fumbled through details of what we needed. The second we were done he immediately helped another couple find what they needed. Thank you!”
