We drove down from Flagstaff to look for building supplies for a project that had zero budget, and were pleasantly surprised by their selection and helpful staff. I am still regretting not purchasing some additional tile they had available and hoping it doesn't sell before I make it back down to the valley!
Although I paid in cash for my purchases, my credit card must have fallen out of my pocket, and Phil took the trouble to find my phone number and call me to let me know! Really, above and beyond. Since we've paid cash I would have never even known to look there!

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Rafael and Michelle at the Home Depot on Superstition Springs (store #0456). My daughter’s AC unit failed at home, and she urgently needed a portable air conditioner. When I called the store, Rafael and Michelle were incredibly helpful and reassuring. They made sure my daughter would be taken care of and even helped her arrange to use my Home Depot card for the purchase.
Their kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find this level of customer service today, and I’m truly grateful to both of them for going above and beyond. Thank you, Rafael and Michelle. You’re both greatly appreciated!”

“We purchased a new (special order) grill, had it assembled and delivered. Since it was a special order, it came directly from manufacturer to a warehouse and a 3rd party assembled & delivered it. Long story short, there were issues and we had them pick it up, re-order a 2nd one and unfortunately, there were more issues (no fault of Lowe’s). We want to thank Felicia & Michelle (and Sal) for taking A LOT of time working with us to ensure we were happy and taken care of.
