“I contacted East Valley Fan and blinds on December 15th my fan quit working, we did some troubleshooting on the phone, and determined that the receiver was bad.Patrick ordered a new receiver for me at no charge.I picked up and installed the receiver.The fan works like new.The customer service was excellent Patrick went above and beyond to rectify my problem.I would highly recommend them for all your fan needs.Thank you for all your help!John”

“I really like Stardust Building Supplies. Stardust is a nonprofit thrift shop offering salvaged & used building materials. I have been recycling for years as I hate throwing things in the landfill. I take any usable construction materials to Stardust. They don't take everything like used carpet, open containers of grout and some other items. I have found quite a few hard to find things there like cabinet doors, drawer fronts, ceramic tile that is no longer in stock and appliances. One time I found a granite sink top that was in great condition. The pictures are the master bath sink that was already there. I was able to find a sink top for the hall bath that matched and was about one third the cost of a new one. It is a plus that you can return things that don't work albeit it has to be within in a few days. Like all thrift stores this is a treasure hunt. Some things are beat up and some are in good shape. They have limited employees so there is not really anyone to help you find things. They also support the animal rescue called Lost Our Home and have one section for large donations like furniture and art.”

“I needed a blind for my back door . Kevin is always very helpful and friendly. My blind needed to be cut. I went to Lowe’s first but no one is ever available to help. “Have been stopping by this Home Depot location the last few weeks! They don't have as large of a selection of appliances or gardening goods as I have found in some of the other locations I have frequented, but they are fully stocked with everything you would need for more home projects. I have also found the seem to have a bit less traffic then some of the other locations, which has translated to easier returns, lots of help and assistance accessible and quick paint time around! Every time I'm there I have multiple people asking if I need anything. This evening I received great assistance from the young lady at the paint counter who helped customize a few colors for me and really went above and beyond in making sure it was what I wanted! It was much appreciate and worth coming back to for the assistance.”

“EDIT FOLLOW UP: after 3 or 4 days of dealing with nonsense & getting nowhere, Jessica the manager helped fix the situation today and I really appreciate it. Even though the vendor is late, I should be getting my item this week.Their customer service is garbage. I've had an item that I ordered and it's super late. I've been on hold for FOREVER, bounced around from person to person, every time i have called to have NOTHING figured out. I will NEVER be ordering anything from them again, this is ridiculous. They need to rectify this situation immeditaly.”
