I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been here several times and never had a bad experience. The last time I was there I believe the name of my phlebotomist was Mackenzie and she was amazing. I have to go again tomorrow and I'm hoping I can request to have her again.

Front desk nice Nice lady who took my blood super nice and friendly. In and out fast went in at 10 am.

I walked in with no appointment and it took a total of 10 minutes to check in and have my blood drawn. Everyone was very nice and I don't understand the negative reviews. My experience was excellent.
