“My husband went here for a fasting blood draw prior to his anual physical exam.
No appointment required. Very short wait. Friendly, efficient clinic.
My husband called ahead to confirm that his blood draw was scheduled, since he had not received notice.
His primary care doctor's nurse called him back. He always enjoys hearing from this nurse & his primary doctor!
Medical care works best when you have a strong connection with those advising you. This Clinic is providing excellent care for Veterans!”

I even came in a few days later without an appointment and didn't have to wait more than 15 or 20 minutes so it's not like the worst week in the world these people are friendly and helpful and they the phlebotomist anyway was incredibly talented I didn't feel like going she made jokes we talked it was a nice place I would recommend it.”
“I am very scared about needles. It is hard to act like an adult when I have to do my blood exams.
Giselle took her time to talk to me and was kind and gentle.
She took 5 tubes of blood and I barely felt the needle.

“I've read all the many negative posts...I'm older, and I've come to expect electronic check in and go with the flow. The place was packed and my apt maybe ran 10 min late. Yes, they take your insurance in the blood draw area, but actually, I appreciated the communication at that point. Some of the labs were not covered by insurance and appreciated Ashley explaining why. The phlebotomist got the vien in first try and 5 viles went fast. Not sure why so many people complain...this is 2026 folks, get with technology...or get left behind.”
“Very Nice staff, very fast service. They do a good job here. I would note that whoever is doing their IT work might need some coaching. The receptionist was told that the (PC) machine that has a bitlocker encryption on it has been destroyed. Ive been a systems admin for 25 years and could have fixed that pc in under 5 minutes. Their IT department instead is having them purchase a new pc which was not needed. Im willing to put my money where my mouth is and will bet the IT department the cost of the new PC that I can fix the one in office!”
“It was fun lol they were jamming and we were all having fun! Lol i told them i had colonoscopy yesterday and I didn't think they could find blood and they did eventually lol. Yahl were great lol im coming back 😂😂😂 thank you guys for being patients with me lol ahaha yahl deserve a raise!”
