“I wanted to leave a review for the UPS employee I believe was named Ashwin. While I was there, a customer was yelling at him and giving him a hard time for at least 15 minutes, even though he was simply doing his job and explaining that he could not hand over someone else’s mail to a person who was not authorized to receive it… which should honestly be basic common sense.
Despite the situation, he remained incredibly calm, patient, and professional the entire time. On top of that, a line of about six people formed, and he still handled everything efficiently and with a great attitude. It’s not easy dealing with difficult customers while keeping your composure, and he handled it with ease and professionalism. Employees like him deserve recognition!!!”
“Went it for a finger print appointment. The lady at the desk was super nice, the whole process took less than 2 minutes! It was the quickest appointment I've had for anything ever! If you have to do fingerprints, this is the best place.”
