“I've always had excellent service here, even when things are busy. Robert helped me yesterday, I had messed up where to take my Amazon returns, somehow I had "Whole Foods" to return pkgs. Robert patiently assisted me in changing on my phone to the UPS. The employees here have always been helpful and nice. I've never had a problem, I had "bookmarks" made and they did a really nice job. “This holiday season, when it came to getting gifts sent off to the midwest in time for Christmas I was really late to the shipping game. I went to Power Postal at JR a half hour before close on Monday the 18th, and Nancy provided guidance on the various carriers and shipping rates. I settled on USPS ground even though my shipment was likely to arrive the day after Christmas. USPS happened to be at the location picking up literally hundreds of other boxes, and I didn't think mine was going to make the cut. But as luck would have it, I checked tracking this morning and because of Nancy's care and attention, gifts for my family are currently scheduled to arrive in MN on the 23rd! She really went the extra mile by making sure my gifts made it onto the truck last night. Nancy, you're amazing and I truly appreciate you! Thank you so much!”

“The UPS Store 4920 on Power/Queen Creek has been my favorite neighborhood stop since we moved here 5 years ago. They're always friendly and efficient! Today in particular they went above and beyond: Joe helped me out with a UPS package instruction that was incorrectly written by the vendor and saved me a trip running back home and returning to the store. It's really a family vibe at this UPS location and because of this I'll go out of my way to use more of their services!”
