“I dropped off a package on Sunday but I screwed up and put the label on the wrong box. Stopped in Monday at 8am to see if I could get the box back. Kathryn was the only person working so she said she'd try to find it in between customers, or at 10am when more people come in. Got a call less than a half hour later that she found it. What a tremendous work ethic for a younger person! Kathryn saved the day and I hope her manager sees this and acknowledges her. She could have left it for people to come in later but she didn't!!”

“Wow, I don't know what we would have done without the expert assistance of Karsen to explain how to use the kiosk for ID verification. My brother is visually impaired which made it even more difficult. Karsen was so patient with all of our questions and even brought a chair over for my brother. He deserves recognition for being such a stellar employee.”
