“I have gone to this facility on two occasions (once in January 2024 and just recently on January 7, 2026 and have found the staff here to be friendly and professional. My only concern on this most recent visit (to renew my ADOT certification card for my employer) was when I was given the "whisper" test. I don't recall if this was done 2 years ago but did not see the logic of this test. Facing a wall and have the technician whisper numbers (ie. 3, 4, 5). I drive a truck and trailer, delivering/picking up products from our clients, "whispering" isn't in my job description. Nevertheless, I passed but was concerned what if I didn't (my hearing is fine but that low of volume from a person isn't easy to identify). Beyond that, no complaints with this facility.”
“Staff were very friendly and attentive. All my questions were answered. I had bloodwork drawn right there, the phlebotomist was excellent and got the blood in the first attempt which is rare for me.”
“Kristin Romesburg is AMAZING! She made me feel very comfortable with her and listened to everything I had to say, which is a lot, due to all the health issues I have. She is thorough, kind and compassionate. She recommended some EXCELLENT specialists based on patient opinions that had been shared with her, and everything overall with my visit was EXCEPTIONAL! From the front desk staff who saw me struggling at the door (their front door is really heavy) and opened it for me, to the check in, clean waiting area, as well as a pleasant MA interaction while my vitals were taken. 5 star service for sure.”
“I highly recommend an appointment this place is no problem if you have an appointment. I even came in a few days later without an appointment and didn't have to wait more than 15 or 20 minutes so it's not like the worst week in the world these people are friendly and helpful and they the phlebotomist anyway was incredibly talented I didn't feel like going she made jokes we talked it was a nice place I would recommend it.”

“Today on 12/24/2025 I had a great experience with the staff at this location. This is a rare thing to happen at a Sonora Quest Laboratories location anywhere. BOTH the front desk and phlebotomist were amazing!!! Special shout-out to VERONICA the phlebotomist for EXCEPTIONAL CARE, and EXPERIENCE in her craft!!! Well done VERONICA & I hope that you have an amazing holidays in California with your family for the holidays, safe travels!!!”

“Very Nice staff, very fast service. They do a good job here. I would note that whoever is doing their IT work might need some coaching. The receptionist was told that the (PC) machine that has a bitlocker encryption on it has been destroyed. Ive been a systems admin for 25 years and could have fixed that pc in under 5 minutes. Their IT department instead is having them purchase a new pc which was not needed. Im willing to put my money where my mouth is and will bet the IT department the cost of the new PC that I can fix the one in office!”
