Every time I go in this place the experience is worse. The isles are so small and to many vendors and people cluttering the ilses. The lines up front just get longer and longer and I see people supposed to be working on their phones up front, and mangers no where to be found.....its really sad....I used to enjoy shopping... read full comment

Safeway continues to go downhill after the purchase from Albertsons. How do u not have pie crust and strawberries the day before Easter??? Selections continue to get smaller or non-existent. I used to love Safeway. Now, not so much. Should have known when the store manager left. ?

Love the app and ordering online to see all of the deals plus $35 minimum orders for free curb side pickup. The app has definitely improved with substitutions. All of the associates have been friendly and prompt. I also use the pharmacy for more gas rewards.
