Tillys is a favorite store for many, described as clean and organized with great deals always. The staff is consistently noted as awesome, super helpful, attentive, and amazing, offering great conversation and ensuring customers find everything easily. They carry all the cool things teenagers want. The store displays can attract customers, though the parking situation can be challenging. Some find the store okay with basic service, and note that prices are a bit on the higher side.
Customer service is Elite! Alec the asst. manager, was soo sweet and blessed our family with an amazing gift. He really did not have to go above and beyond the way he did but I just want you and the company to know that we are so grateful and that Alec is a HUGE asset to your company!

Jax from Tilly’s was amazing and so helpful. He obviously works very hard and is very charismatic! The manager ondrea was horrible to deal with. Actually should be fired. The employees are troopers working for that manager, she’s the worst.
