Did my weekly check in on Apr 17, no response/numbers. Sent Ryan a msg on the app on the 18th, no response. Sent him another msg on the app on the 23rd, no response. Sent Ryan a text msg on Apr 25 to the cell phone number he gave us on the app, no response. Followed up on IG with a private msg, no response. Commented on IG on May 1 to one of his posts, he deleted my msg. Still haven't heard from him.

I’ve been working with Max and Unique Performance Gym for the past four months and it’s one of the best programs I’ve ever done. Max is an excellent coach. For him, it’s not just about helping you lose weight, it’s about educating you along the way so you can continue to succeed. Max is always quick to answer my many questions and gives me insight. I’d recommend Max and this program to anyone who wants to not just get in shape, but change their relationship with themselves and food for life.

Max has been really great to work with. I've always felt confident in his knowledge of macro breakdowns and the number of calories I needed to lose weight in a healthy way. I've been doing this for almost 6 months now. It's like second nature at this point. I'm proud to say I've reached a weight I hadn't seen in 30 years! I feel great! This program changed my life! I’m in my 40’s, work full time and have two kids that keep me very busy! I put on some extra weight during covid with all the cooking and baking we were doing to pass the time. I have worked out for years but my body never really changed. I figured this was just my body after kids. I did weight watchers off and on for the past 15 years or so but the weight always came back over time. I started Unique after seeing an old friends postings. I figured if she could do it I should be able to. Instantly my body started to change, tracking made me aware that I was never getting enough protein in my diet. I’ve enjoyed when I’m in the reverse and eating a ton & my body has dropped lbs in the reverse and cuts which is exciting to see. I was with the program for a year and not always consistent. I lost over 20lbs and have kept it off! I know I would have lost more if I would have been better at the consistency LOL which is why I just enrolled for another 6 months. Tracking macros works and this program truly gets your metabolism running at its best.

In addition to weight training, I’ve employed the online reverse diet coaching services of Ryan at Unique Performance Gym. Over the past eight months I’ve gone from 190 lbs with a 41 inch stomach down to 170 lbs and a 36 inch stomach. That’s a huge transition. Ryan has been a great the whole time, very knowledgeable and a great coach. Ryan and I are now working on another reverse up in calories to be followed by another cut with the end goal being a leaner, more muscular look. That is not always easy to do when your over 60 years in age. I highly recommend Unique Performance Gym as your online coach. Thanks Ryan!

Signing up for macro coaching with Unique is probably one of the best decisions I've made for myself in a very long time. I've been struggling with maintaining my desired weight for years and have tried literally all methods of weight loss, including fasting. Some of those methods worked for losing weight, but I would easily gain it back and I could never understand why. I was ruining my metabolism and didn't even realize it.I was introduced to Unique by a friend who swore by the process of reverse dieting and convinced me to come on board. I was very skeptical because I'd never heard of reverse dieting and the thought of "macro tracking " seemed very tedious to me. The concept of weighing foods and looking at nutritional labels was literally foreign to me, and it was very much a learning curve at first. But soon after beginning the program I immediately began to see the scale move downwards. I was completely shocked because I was eating the same foods, the only difference was I was now eating the appropriate portions, and ensuring my body received the proper nutrients. After the first 2 weeks I was completely sold on the program because it encourages feeding your body in a way that will boost your metabolism to work as efficiently as possible. I'm now on the path to long lasting results instead of the "quick fixes" I used to try and do to shed a few pounds in a short span of time. I would literally recommend Unique to anyone who's ready to change their body and their mindset.

I have had a great experience with Unique the past 6 months.Some weeks are harder than others, especially on a cut, but this “diet” is the easiest plan I’ve ever had to follow. I can eat what ever I want as long as I make it fit my macro numbers for the day. No strict limitations.I’ve noticed huge changes in my body and coworkers are even noticing as well. Plus, I’ve never eaten this much protein a day in my life! Big changes for my hair and nails.

I’ve been working with Ryan for over 6months now and I would recommend this program to anyone. Whether you are trying to lose weight build muscle or fix your relationship with food Unique can build a program that works for your goals. I chose Unique fitness specifically because of they focus on increasing your maintenance calories as well as doing hard short term calorie deficits rather than long ones that ultimately start to slow down your metabolism. Spending a couple weeks in a low deficit followed by the majority of your time reversing back up to higher calories is much easier than staying in a deficit for a long period of time and ultimately stalling on your weight loss. The app makes it very convenient to keep track of all of your progress as well as keeping in touch with your coach. There is also a community board in their app that lets all of the clients keep in touch and give each other support as well as food ideas!

I have been working with Ryan since January and this has been so much easier than I thought it would. I am already down 35 pounds and eating more food than I have with any other “diet” I have tried, and I have tried them all. I am seeing changes in my body all over. Ryan has been good to answer all my questions and has been so supportive and encouraging. Still have a long way to go, but I know we will get there. One week at a time. When we are low in a cut I just remind myself you can do anything for a week!!

I can't thank Ryan enough for his tough love in helping me figure out how to get back into amazing shape, life changing! I am 53 and I was eating 1,200 calories a day and couldn't lose weight. I am coming on a year working with Ryan. Helped me correct my diet, educated me on Macros, and provided great encouragement and accountability along the way. Never in a million years would I post a picture, but for Ryan will do. It really has been life altering. Down over 13lbs and in the best shape of my life eating 1800 calories a day to maintain, no more starving.
